No video visible on the Video telephone (eng)
If the Robin is connected to a video telephone set but no video is displayed on the phone, please check the following:
1 - The BPX / hosting provder needs to support the H.264 video codec. In some PBXs this is disabled by default.
2 - Make sure the Video telephone has the H.264 codec enabled. Some auto provisioned phones have H.264 disabled
3 - Try a lower video resolution for the SIP calls. By default the Robin uses the 320x240 resolution. To change the resolution, create a profile in the -Telephony-Phonbook- menu and select the video resolution to 160x120. Don't forget to link the profile to the corresponding phonebook entry.
